Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern all rentals. By using our services, you agree to comply fully with these terms.
Eligibility
- Renters must be 18 years or older with valid identification.
- We reserve the right to deny rentals to any customer at our discretion.
Payments & Deposits
- Full payment is required before release of equipment unless on approved credit.
- Security deposits may be required and are refundable upon safe return of items.
- Deposits may be applied toward unpaid balances, damages, or losses.
Use of Equipment
- Equipment must only be used as intended.
- Renters assume full responsibility for injury, damage, or loss during rental.
- No subleasing, resale, or modification is permitted.
Liability & Indemnification
- The renter is solely responsible for safe operation and use.
- The company is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss of income resulting from use.
- Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims or damages.
Default & Enforcement
- Late returns incur additional charges.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost.
- Unpaid accounts may result in legal enforcement, collections, and denial of future rentals.
