Rental Policy

This Rental Policy outlines the terms that govern all rental transactions. By proceeding with a rental, renters agree to abide by all conditions below.

Reservations & Cancellations

  • Rentals are confirmed only upon payment or deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance may incur full or partial fees.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit all deposits.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and return must occur during scheduled times.
  • Delivery is available for an additional fee, with setup upon request.
  • Renters are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery.

Care of Equipment

  • Equipment must be kept clean, dry, and free of damage.
  • Renters are prohibited from altering or modifying equipment.
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were provided.

Loss, Damage & Security Deposits

  • Renter is liable for loss, theft, or irreparable damage at full replacement value.
  • A refundable security deposit may be collected prior to release.
  • Deductions will be made for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

Late Returns

  • Late fees are assessed per day past the scheduled return.
  • Equipment not returned within 7 days is considered lost and billed in full.

Indemnification & Liability

  • All liability rests solely with the renter once items leave our possession.
  • Renter assumes responsibility for injury, damages, or losses caused by rented equipment.
  • Our company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Acceptance:
By renting our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Rental Policy, and you agree that all responsibility for equipment care, use, and return lies with you, the renter.
