Coverage Under the Damage Waiver

The Damage Waiver is offered as a contractual benefit to reduce a renter’s potential out-of-pocket costs in the event of accidental damage to rental items. It is not an insurance policy and should not be relied upon as such. By agreeing to this waiver, renters acknowledge that they remain legally and financially responsible for the equipment they rent, and that this waiver only provides limited coverage.

Coverage Provided

• Accidental breakage of non-structural components (clips, knobs, connectors).
• Minor tears, scratches, or stains incurred through normal, intended use.
• Unavoidable wear consistent with the rental period.

Exclusions from Coverage

The following are not covered under any circumstances:

• Theft, disappearance, or misplacement of items.
• Damage caused by negligence, reckless behavior, or intentional misuse.
• Failure to properly secure equipment during transport or storage.
• Weather-related damages (wind, rain, flooding, storms, fire, extreme heat, etc.).
• Overloading, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.
• Modifications, alterations, or tampering with rented equipment.

Financial Responsibility of Renter

• Renters remain fully liable for replacement costs of lost or stolen items.
• Renters agree to pay repair costs for excluded damage.
• The company retains full discretion in determining whether damage falls within waiver coverage.
• Security deposits may be applied toward damage or replacement costs.

Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse or negligence.

By renting our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Damage Waiver Terms, and that responsibility for loss, misuse, or excluded damage remains fully yours.
