Accounts Receivables Application
We may extend credit privileges to approved customers upon submission of an Accounts Receivables Application. All renters applying for accounts receivable agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Credit Terms
- Invoices are due within thirty (30) calendar days.
- Past-due accounts are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annual).
- Repeated delinquency may result in immediate revocation of credit terms.
Guarantee of Payment
- The undersigned guarantees payment of all rentals, late fees, and legal costs.
- The renter acknowledges full personal liability in the event of company or business default.
- All unpaid balances are subject to collection and legal enforcement.
Default & Remedies
- Any balance over 60 days may be forwarded to a collection agency.
- The renter will be responsible for all attorney fees, collection costs, and court costs.
- The company reserves the right to refuse future rentals until all balances are cleared.
Acceptance:
By submitting an application or accepting credit terms, you agree to abide by this Accounts Receivables Agreement and accept liability for any unpaid charges, fees, or balances.
