These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all rentals provided by Rent Everything Today (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to the customer (“Renter,” “you”). By renting equipment from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period

• The rental period begins at the time of delivery or pickup and ends at the agreed-upon return time.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.

2. Payment & Deposits

• Full payment is required before or at the time of delivery/pickup.
• A refundable security deposit may be required for certain rentals. Deposits will be returned if the provided equipment is returned on time, clean, and in the exact condition that it was provided to you.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Renter is responsible for the care, custody, and control of all rented equipment from the time of delivery/pickup until return.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
• Renter must use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.

4. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

• Renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear) to the equipment.
• Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or billed directly to the renter.
• A cleaning fee may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty (e.g., mud, food, or spills).

5. Safety & Supervision

• Renter is responsible for the safe use and supervision of all equipment at all times.
• Bounce houses and inflatables must be supervised by an adult while in use.
• The Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage arising from misuse or lack of supervision.

6. Weather & Outdoor Rentals

• Renter assumes responsibility for monitoring weather conditions.
• Inflatables, tents, and electrical equipment must not be used in high winds, storms, or unsafe conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in unsafe weather.

7. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup times will be agreed upon in advance.
• Renter must ensure there is safe, clear access to the event or site location.
• For large equipment (e.g., bounce houses, tents), setup and takedown must be handled by the Company unless otherwise agreed.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in advance before the rental date may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit or rental fees.

9. Liability Waiver

• The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of rented equipment.
• Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented items.
• By renting, you release the Company from all claims of liability, injury, or damage.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking and/or using our rental equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
